Partnering with the Crummer Graduate School of Business Career Resource Center has been a great opportunity for Gartner. Meet Our Staff
Renee works with graduate students and alumni providing career coaching, resume development, and job search strategies to help them compete for internships and post-graduate employment opportunities. As the Internship Advisor for the full-time MBA students, she cultivates relationships with business partners and students to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Specializing in Talent Acquisition, she brings over 15 years of professional Human Resources experience to her role. Prior to joining Rollins College, Renee worked for Fortune 500 companies such as The Walt Disney Co. and Northrop Grumman, where she contributed as a business partner to the Corporate/College Recruiting and Training & Development functions. She received her BS in Marketing from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Renee successfully completed the SHRM-CP certification and is a graduate of the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins College.
As a Career Coach, Kimberly Williams engages with MBA students and alumni for resume reviews, job search strategies, salary negotiations, networking, and relationship building. She is the Crummer MBA Internship Advisor providing oversight for academic requirements and partnering with business leaders to ensure student and organizational success.
Before coming to Rollins College, Kimberly was an Employer Relations Career Coach in the UCF College of Business. There she helped seniors and graduate students secure internships and career opportunities at Fortune 500 companies such as Fidelity, Lockheed Martin, and Amazon. Kimberly’s educational background includes an Instructional Design Certificate from Rollins College and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Radio-Television from the University of Central Florida and worked in broadcasting for 15 years before transitioning to higher education.
